Bottom Line:
Overall being touted "as durable as a particular after market headset" is a misnomer. In this case size (integrated or hidden headset) does not equal more durability. Equal mileage Chris King 1-1/8" headsets steal the show. Personal & fellow rider testimony approved.

The rubber ring that comes with the headset, is it supposed to go anywhere in particuliar?
