Strengths:    Works as well as a headset needs to. Cartridge bearing. Base plates/crown races available separately, so you can swap forks on your bike in about five minutes, just put an identical base plate on each fork.

Weaknesses:    A bit ugly, but whatever. Base plates are kind of delicate and require careful installation to prevent bending.

Bottom Line:   
I understand the desire for fancy high end stuff like the venerable Chris King headset, but realistically, a headset is not that hard of a part to make properly. This headset is what I recommend to a lot of customers, especially if they're going to be swapping forks on their bikes regularly.
