Summary:
The FSA Orbit IS-2 headset is a cartridge bearing type of integrated headset. How exactly does one go about "regreasing" a cartridge bearing type headset?

Bike Setup:
KHS Flite 700 with lots of upgrades.
Neuvation R350
FSA Superlights

Summary:
this is a follow up review of the IS-2 integrated headset that came stock on my KHS. i removed bars and stem and risers..took out headset bearings, regreased, cleaned, and set strong back into headset tube. and all seems well. my advice, whatever the lifetime of these headsets would be, is to keep them clean.

Strengths:
weight,
price,
easibility of cleaning and removing.

Weaknesses:
still looking..

Price Paid:  $0.00 at East Coast LBS

Favorite Ride:
anything 50+miles with no cars

Bike Setup:
KHS Flite 700
FSA Superlight cranks
105 brakes
Ultegra BB and Derailleurs
Mike Burrows post with Forte SLX pro saddle, Dura ace pedals

Summary:
This integrated headset has proven worthy of strenous hill riding, but has developed a 'creek' when standing over the bars at about 1500 miles of use on the bike. if this proves to be bearing failure ( i should know by today ), i won't be too impressed.

Strengths:
lightweight
quiet (until 1500 mi)
compact price

Weaknesses:
noises and
slip adjustment needs doing everything few hundred miles. maybe i'm too picky with the setup i don't but it shouldn't have ANY play in a headset.
