at Mikes Yucca Valley Favorite Ride: Local without to many hills Bike Setup: Basso Coral w/Campy Veloce, FSA OrbitX, Schwalbe blizzard sport tires, net97 rims Ozono race gel saddle. Summary: Nice headset for the price. Had it installed at a LBS, and well worth it, as the new fork had some excess material built up on the steerer. Very smooth, solid handling. Works just as advertised- no small feat for cycling components. Strengths: Cartridge bearings for low maintenance. Smooth and solid. Weaknesses: Not Italian. Similar Products Used: Aheadset, Cannondale

at www.chucksbikes.com Bike Setup: Cervelo Prodigy, mostly Ultegra, FIR rims on Edco hubs... Summary: I like it! 1" black with sealed bearings, it cleaned up the handling quirks that the stock Richey Logic headset had induced. Easy to install and adjust. Mine came without documentation, and the FSA website is weak on support, so I wasn't sure how to install the external seals. A little messing around and I got it figured out. Also, the cap is made for a 1" stem - I'm using a 1 1/8" with a shim, so I had to use a Cane Creek 1 1/8" cap to make it work. Strengths: Easy to install and adjust, sealed bearings, looks good! Very smooth turning, relatively light weight. Weaknesses: No installation instructions, poor website. Similar Products Used: Richey Logic, Shimano 1" threaded
