Strengths: this is a lightweight headsetWeaknesses: maintaining smoothness is a problem, especially when riding in rain. the sealed bearings are more prone to gathering grit than other headsets.Bottom Line: there are better choices on the market, even if you want to maintain your full dura-ace image.
