    Strengths:    Good price

    Weaknesses:    Bearing gets dirty

    Bottom Line:   
    Okay for the average rider. Need to be checkek, cleaned, and greased at least twice a year if you really care for your frame, and ride a lot. Bearings seems to get dirty too quick.
