Price Paid:  $77.00 at Lickbike.com

Favorite Ride:
n/a

Bike Setup:
Douglas Fusion from Colorado Cycles. Stock except for the seat, of course.

Summary:
The Flyer is pretty much the B-17 saddle with springs. I didn't know quite what to expect, but boy am I glad I got the springs!! Here's how it feels: not springy at all. Firm ride and all that. Then I realized that zero shock was coming through the seat. No bumps, just smooth. The springs work!

Lickbike.com was good, and their price was a lot less than most folks', even used on Ebay! Shipping charge was at cost. Total for saddle was $91.60. Another well known bike shop wants $124.95 + s&h - go figure.

Strengths:
It's a Brooks. Everyone should try one sometime. And it's mighty nice looking and feeling, too.

Weaknesses:
None. Well, the weight of the springs, but if you care about that then you're not reading here for information.

Similar Products Used:
The OEM seat. That was rough.
