Strength:

No proofide application or adjustment with a weird British wrench needed. Saddle material doesn't stretch like leather. Lighter in weight than leather saddles.

Weakness:

Expensive.

The saddle is a significant departure from the Brooks natural leather tradition. It's now all synthetic.
I found the saddle wasn't as comfortable as my old B17 when immediately installed. This version has a center hole cut out for genital relief, but I don't think it provides any benefit. If I had to buy another one, it won't have a cut-out. The ridge around the hole seemed like it dug in a bit. After a few weeks of riding, the saddle feels fine. If I had to buy another one, it won't have a cut-out. No additional criticisms. I'll keep it.
I've seen some reviews that say the seat fabric deteriorates and wears off, but after five months of sweaty Texas riding the fabric is holding up very well.
Tip: don't pay through the nose for a brand-new saddle.
