Hi All - Looking to install a new cassette on my ride. I plan on going up to a 12-28 on my DA 7800 10 speed. I think that is the max size but not 100% sure. Before I make the purchase please let me know your thoughts. Rear derailler is DA 7800 short cage.

I've read a lot of reviews both on this site and elsewhere on the web on these two pedals and it appears they are pretty similar. Common problems complained about included Look cleats wearing faster than Shimanos and both pedals not rotating to a clip-in friendly position when unclipped.

If I ride my ride my bike while wearing my heart rate monitor and 620, it is going to show as if I was running very fast at a low heart rate? Since there is no cycling mode, it would have to stay in RUN mode.
