Strengths:    Comfort in TT position,

Weaknesses:    price for the construction.

Bottom Line:
Why should you get an ISM saddle? Because it simply works for TT positions, it allows you to sit farther forward opening up hip angles and if you are UCI restricted allows you to get as far forward as possible without breaking rules. I can ride on this saddle in a TT position for hours, most other saddles I can get a 40k in but a 3 hr ride is murder if I stay in position. I know a lot of people think the nose is too wide and as owner of some of the narrowest hips ever made I doubt it... rather think most aren't sitting far enough forward on it.

The downside is that it is a bit pricey given what you get materials wise. It isn't light (but it goes on your TT bike so who cares?), stapled on casing and my nose arms of the saddle can actually rotate around the rails if you try by hand (but don't under normal use). I have no fear of it falling apart it just isn't fancy. It works though which is really what matters for a saddle.
