A saddle is tough to rate as what works for one rider may not for another. This one is best I have found yet. It is not a cushy saddle, but it fits me so well that is not an issue. I seem to be able to find a comfortable position when climbing and it is just as comfortable on flat ground. This is my 2nd Concors Lt. The first lasted for 4 years and almost 20K miles. Probably would have lasted longer but for the fact that several century rides - most notably the 2003, 2005 and 2006 Assault on Mt. Mitchell - were VERY wet rides and that probably shorten the life of the saddle. I would give the old one a 5, but they changed the current version with stitching on the side and that rubs my shorts. The old version did not have that stitching.

Price, simple design

Hard, not flexible

This saddle may fit Lance, but it does NOT fit me! My biggest complaint is the lack of flex it has. The base is plastic, and does not seem to be compliant at all. This is a very hard saddle, and I wouldn't recommend it unless it happens to fit your body perfectly.

great fit!!! (for me, im 6'4" 175lbs) cheap! and light

not a weakness for me but it is a short somewhat narrow saddle.

ahhhhhhh, finally!!! a seat that feels GOOD from day one. I have been searching for a few years now for the right seat and this is it. I love the curve in it's shape, it feels like a "saddle" but not in the way. The tail flip gives you something to push against on the hills. Can I just say that center relieved seats are BOGUS!!!

Anatomically, it suits me and my style.

Very little cushioning, especially in those Colorado winters. It gets as hard as rock!

Like a previous writer said, the saddle preferance is personal. I have and will always use curvy saddles with the little sway in the rear(Gives me something to push on when climbing). This one is a little narrower than my last Concor, so it has taken a little getting use to, but I'm getting there.

Shape takes adaptation time to zero. Fairly light compared with other modern saddles. Doesn't require gel to be comfortable.

Hard to get

The most comfortable and easily adaptable saddle I have ever ridden. No wonder Lance still prefers this saddle on his bikes.

Well made, simple design

A bit hard for anything other than racing, or a patient soul who doesn''t mind breaking in saddles.

I''ve used both the Concor Light Ti and Mg, and both fit me very well. Since saddle fit is truly personal, all I can say is Flite saddles are too wide for me, so I guess the Concor are better for riders with narrow hips. The only complaint is the fit on th ebike has to be perfect...these sadlles are not all that cushy, so a poor fit will create "hotspots".
