Summary: Comfortable, but poorly designed. The rails were secured to the saddle with a thin plastic tab that broke after four months. If you attempt to contact Selle San Marco through their website it will not accept the message and gives an error in Italian. I mailed the saddle back to them months ago have not heard from the company.
Strengths: Comfortable.
Weaknesses: Horrible durability due to poor design and awful coustomer service.
Similar Products Used: Bontrager stock that was very uncomfortable. Fizik Aliente sport which I like so far.

Summary: The best saddle i've ever tried. Light, thin, hard but not too hard. I rode it through 6 centuries. Very sad when the rails bent in a crash. Didn't even get scuffed. If I don't like the E3 I ordered, I'll get a new one, even though the design seems to have changed.
Strengths: light, firm, comfortable fit for 5'8" 150lb rider
Weaknesses: stiffer rails might not have bent in crash. but who knows?

Bike Setup: Cannondale Synapse full carbon, Rolf Prima Vigor RS wheelset, Keo
Summary: This saddle is great. Took a chance on it when it was 1/2 price and it is well worth the full price (Around $150 or so). Cut outs are placed perfectly and it is comfortable for longer rides (typical ride about 50 miles).
Strengths: Design, weight, price (if found on sale. Right size for me (5'7" 170 pounds)
Weaknesses: None

Bike Setup: Colnago CT-2, Campa Neutron wheels, Ultegra compact
Summary: Finallys found comfortable saddle which is not too wide, too soft or too hard or which does not wear out too soon. I hope no more saddle sores.
The longest ride I did on it was 7 hours - no problem whatsoever. The gel successfully relieves the pressure on the right spots and at the same time does not give in too much.
Strengths: Good shape, comfortable, reasonably lightweight, good looking, no more chaffing
Weaknesses: No Ti rails ;-)
