Summary:
This review is actually for the Specialized Body Geometry Woman's Comp Saddle. Since that name is not in the list I am posting this in what sounds like the next closest thing. I wanted to post information on this saddle because I have found it after a frustrating search for the "right" saddle for me, and I wanted to share the information with other women who might be in the same boat. Of course the standard disclaimer applies: saddle preference varies from person to person. I believe this saddle is an older model. It looks similar to the picture shown for the listing here except without the piece between the butt cheek areas; instead, this saddle is completely open there. This saddle does feel fine on my butt, but for me the most important factor is that it is also comfortable in the front! Other saddles were leaving me sore for a couple of days after just 45 minutes or so of riding on a trainer. After trying a few different saddles (and different positions for each) it seemed that the cutaway saddles were making me extra sore where my body contacted the side frames around the cutaway. Some also made me very sore in the center -- even though they had cutaways -- if the cutaway was not far enough forward. I began to think that perhaps a saddle without a cutaway would be better for me, but after trying a few they were just too hard and I was just as sore. This Specialized saddle seems to have the right amount of support and softness for me. I have given it a few hours on the trainer and am very happy so far. Since most people report more saddle discomfort when on a trainer than when on the road, I think this will really be it for me! By the way, my LBS retailed this saddle at $70 but because it was a leftover model they sold it to me for half price.

Strengths:
Good support and road/racing profile combined with a nice amount of cushioning. Feels comfy in back AND front!

Weaknesses:
So far none for me. Some might like a back section that slopes off more on the sides rather than this shelf/platform kind of style, but I have not noticed any issue with my (large) thighs hitting the seat or any other discomfort.
