Strengths: WeightWeaknesses: Finish on topedges is sharp, damaged 2 sets of bibs on the edges, adjustment teeth are not deep enough so you really have to crank down on retainer or seat moves.Bottom Line: Product is light and seems strong enough however, the finish is crap on the top area.

Strengths: Light, strong easy set up.Weaknesses: price point could be lower.Bottom Line: I have two of these, one on my Merlin Road frame and one on my Tsunami Compact 3 full carbon. The post is light, comfortable, and solid. Set up was a snap on both bikes. I really don't know what the other reviewers are complaining about. I've been through 5 saddles on the two bikes, and rebuild the bikes every winter. I have _never_ had a problem with any slippage of the saddle. I commute almost daily on the merlin, and compete in 20 sanctioned races a year, not including training 'event'. I probably put 10K miles a year between the two bikes, and never once had an issue with the posts.
I'm giving the maximum overall rating to offset the obvious bias of the other reviews.

Strengths: noneWeaknesses: it doesn't hold the saddle in positionBottom Line: 2 hours of use into a 120 mile race and the saddle starts pointing to the sky. two attempts to re-tighten but no use and had to stand for 25 miles before i could replace it. Useless.

Strengths: Light WeightWeaknesses: Clamp is poorly designed and not reliable,Bottom Line: Light & decent looking, I bought this stem to shave a few grams. Just like the reviewer below the saddle tilted skyward after a few hours, I too added more torque the second time, same result. The post is absolute crap, I'm inclined to just eat the cost rather than send it back for a replacement. Come on Easton, I'm not a heavy, 170 lbs, what gives??

Strengths: WeightWeaknesses: Flimsy clamp and saddle tilt.Bottom Line: Bought this post to save weight...big mistake!! Midway through the first ride, the seat jumped several groves and tilted "skyward" adjusted the seat and torqued it, after 3 hours, same issue!! The composite groves can not support the saddle BUYER BEWARE. This post is junk!
Similar Products Used: Used a EC70 for years with no issues!! Should have stuck with what works instead of saving 40 grams in weight.
