Strengths:    STRONG!!! No slip clampining. Easy to adjust.

Weaknesses:    If there is one I can't find it. This post does what I need it to do.

    Bottom Line:
Great post. Tough as nails and easy to adjust. I bought the post two years ago and have never needed to re-tighten the bolts. This got me a little nervous initially, but the bolts are not frozen they just don't get loose...apparently ever.

It's an alu. post so don't expect it to dampen road vibration on long rides. If you want dampening, go carbon fiber. I've used this post on both my road bike and MTB. I've raced both MTB and crits on the post. Hence it will work for anything except for long rides (60+ miles is long to me) IMHO. If you want a tough functional post that's easy to adjust and won't slip get IRD.
