Strengths: Over engineered.Weaknesses: Over engineered for the simple task at hand. Whoever came up with this design should have their head examined. There are so many other seat posts to consider that are simple to install and to adjust. I recommend avoiding this seat post at all cost.Bottom Line: This is the absolute worst seat post I have ever had the displeasure of using. While it is nicely constructed it is virtually impossible to adjust as the front nut and bolt combination used to level the saddle is virtually inaccessible. I suppose the 'two bolt' concept is sound theoretically but in practice it fails miserably. After over an hour of trying to adjust the saddle I gave up and installed an older Campagnolo 'Victory' seat post in under five minutes. For those of you old enough to remember the Campy Victory groupo it will tell you how long I have been involved in this sport! Nothing like a simple one bolt seat post design to get the job simply and elegantly done!
