Strengths: A good idea...Weaknesses: ... but it doesn't work well on multiple fronts due to a bad design. Poorly implemented, expensive, unserviceable.Bottom Line: SRAM R2C. Wow, these shifters are junk! Fit and finish is poor once installed to spec. Even new they don't shift smoothly and don't return consistently to center, so they're always out of whack and fiddly, what you DON'T need when TT'ing! Loosen the 5 bolt (per manual) to set the centerpoint, but loosen too much and it falls apart - a poor design. Worse, SRAM won't provide internal diagrams so it must be returned to reassemble. (A simple stop on the 5 bolt would prevent inadvertent disassembly.)
