Strengths: Weight Price, for titanium anyway
Weaknesses: Finish isn't high quality.
Bottom Line:
It isn't bad for the price paid, but it is not a jewel like a Moots. This finish is raw, and you can tell there hasn't been close attention to detail. I don't feel any flex, so it seems to do its job just fine.
