Cinelli introduces Devo, worked out by numberic control from a 6082-T6 aluminum block. The tool machines the piece outside, thus creating a wall with different thickness (from 2.5mm near the head, up to 3mm near the fork clamp). This is the secret of its great resistance to flexure. Devo has a very strong rear closure (thanks to the fastening screws that are crossed), which leaves the fork rod at sight. It represents the most indicated mate for the Devo handlebar.

Strengths: Lightweight without sacrificing stiffness and a really nice long reach. Lots of wrist room. Oh yeah, DEVO was the greatest band of all time so the style points are off the scale.
Weaknesses: Hard to mount my HID light on the rock hard thick shaft of this monster.
Bottom Line:
Stout, Stiff and Stylin' This bar gets high points on all three.
