Summary: This stem came on my Cannondale R400 from about 1999. The stem is no good as it fails by breaking at the weld after about 6000 miles. The original stem that came on the bike lasted 2 years before breaking while riding hard on a climb. The bike shop I got the bike from replaced the stem with a new one, and this one failed in the exact same way at the weld after another 2 years and 8000 miles.
Strengths: none.
Weaknesses: breaks after 6000 miles.
