Strengths:    4 bolt system, covers alloy steerer, fairly low priced.

Weaknesses:    Bolts started to rust after a year, but light rust only. Heavy, and the Zero 1 is lighter for a lower price.

Bottom Line:   
I've just replaced this with an "upgraded" Zero 1 stem, that was about half the price I paid for this.
The Quattro is heavier than the Zero 1, but works as intended. 4 bolt system, logo is a sticker. Lighter than the 3T ARX stem.
