Strengths: Lightweight, simple designing and decals with carbon face plate.Weaknesses: none so far.Bottom Line: I purchased the FSA OS - 115 about 3 years ago and have had no problems whatsoever. The only thing I changed was from cromoly hardware to titanium because the cromoly was showing signs of slight rusting as most of my cycling is done within close proximity to the ocean on the east coast of Australia.

Strengths: Light, stiff, good looksWeaknesses: Stem bolts not strong enough.Bottom Line: Looks great, and is light and stiff. However, had similar problem to a previous reviewer - whilst reinstalling the stem after shipping, one of the bolts sheared internally at only half the rated torque, effectively turning the whole thing into a paperweight.
I now have doubts about FSA's safety engineering.

Strengths: Light, relatively inexpensive, fantastic looks, stiff.Weaknesses: None that I could find. Price would be a weakness if you paid retail for it.Bottom Line: I was looking for a carbon road stem that looked trick and wasn't too pricey and I stumbled on the OS-115. Advertised as lighter and cheaper then other full carbon stems and looks awesome. Carbon face plate looks great!

Strengths: Light and stiff.Weaknesses: Price, but still competitive with other manufacturers of similar quality and weight.Bottom Line: Excellent combo of stiffness and lightweight (lighter than FSA's carbon stems). 4-bolt clamp holds bars tight.
