Strengths:    Strong. And it opens so you don't have to pull the bars thru it.

Weaknesses:    Heavy.

Bottom Line:   
Well...just put it on a LeMond TSX. Seems a little heavy but stiff enough. I'll write more once I try it out more. It was a little crude; I took a knife and chamfered the sharp edges. But it IS RETRO enough for the bike.
