Strengths: Light weight, beautiful craftsmanship, just flexy enoughWeaknesses: No removable faceplate; a bit expensive at list ($189) but you can find it for around $100.Bottom Line: This stem just enhances the smoothness of this bike. It rides like a dream, is eminently stable on fast descents, and is very light (sub-19 pounds) for steel. The high polish stands out, and the blue lettering goes well with the cobalt Ritchey paint. It doesn't have a detachable face, but why would you ever change this stem anyway?
