Strengths:    light stiff

Weaknesses:    it don't like carbon and no warnings on factory setup instructions about carbon

Bottom Line:   
A good stem for a aluminum bar but it destroyed my carbon bar. I use a torque wrench for everything and know what I am doing. My bontrager XXX is toast. I will still keep the stem it is light and stiff but am going back to aluminun bar.
