Strengths:    Adjustability and ease of adjusting

Weaknesses:    weight

Bottom Line:   
This stem came on my Novarra Sport. My only complaint is the weight. However, it is fully adjustable and allows one to micro-tune the cockpit for comfort. I like a more upright riding position and this really makes that easy.
