Strengths:    Solid, stiff, lightweight, hasn't broken. Price-even though it was part of a build kit it was one of the less expensive options.

Weaknesses:    None I have encountered so far

Bottom Line:   
Got it with a build kit. Solid, stiff, lightweight. No problems at all in over a year,(doesn't creak, no stripped threads-its reliable). Compared to others I saw these seem to offer great value in terms of cost/weight.
