Strengths: adjustable riseWeaknesses: None so far. It does weigh in at 178g but that's not much more than most stems in thris proce classBottom Line: Aluminum stem that can be setup with 8, 16, -8 or -16 degree of rise or drop. Easy to install and/or adjust. Very stiff stem that's certainly worth the money
