For quilled stems this is the best one around. It's light, super stiff, and the chrome one I have has excellent workmanship, if you don't like to see visible welds. Strengths:

Beautiful craftsmanship and ride. Nice and stiff without being harsh. Much stronger and elegant than the Euro stuff. Easy to change or adjust handlebars, doesn't creak like other hing type stems. Worth the extra bucks. Strengths:
