Strengths:    Good solid stem, weighed as claimed and top shelf finish on it

Weaknesses:    pricey

Bottom Line:   
great stem and really adds some bling. can be found cheaper than $100 I believe I paid $75. Zipp makes nice hardware so this is a case of you get what you pay for
