Summary:
After riding the FSA Mega EXO Shimano external 6600 series( normal &SL) cranksets and bottom brackets. I got tired of the persistent drag cause by the seals. I decided to give the Chris King Unit a try or it was go all the way back to the Shimano Octa-spline. I'm glad to say because of Chris King, my Ultegra SL set up
was not a wasted endeavor. It took maybe a hundred miles to break in. Then it started to spin the way my old square taper bb's use to spin. After that I stopped thinking about the drag that might coming from my derailleur pulleys or my chain and finally my rear hub. Now I enjoy my bike the way one is suppose to. Ride just Ride.

Strengths:
Chris King Thought Process. Chris King Quality. Chris King serviceability. Extra spacers and shims come with the unit also. Concise direction on installation. The spindle spacer or guide only goes part way up the mating surface, so it does not drag against the aluminum cups. A grease gun fitting is available so one can service the bb by themselves.
