Strengths: Unparalled quality; very strong and light.Weaknesses: Expensive.Bottom Line: After over 10,000 miles of use, this bottom bracket performs just as well as the day I took delivery of my bike. In other words, it's outstanding.

Strengths: Bearing quality - like butter.Weaknesses: price, special tool neededBottom Line: Extremely smooth operation. Resists twisting and torquing of pedaling very well. I've always heard good things about Phil Wood and this product attests to their reputation.
