Summary: Excellent shift. like all campag kit, it wears well. Not too heavy, can’t see why anyone would by the Chorus cassette over Centuar as the weight difference is minimal. Centaur is only 45grams heavier than the Record version, hence why its the only non-record bit of kit on my road race bike.
Strengths: As good as anything else above in the range. Great gear shift, good weight.
Weaknesses: Still pricey. A bit limited in ratios, I can’t get an 11-21 unless I go to Record, no 11-26 or 12-26 for my cross bike.

Summary: Stylish, sound never misses a beat...Nice and thick where the sprockets meet the free hub body, which means.... no stamping or burring on your freehub body!!
Very nice machining on the sprockets resulting in perfect shifts every time. Not the lightest cassete around but its no lump of lead either and you cant ask for much more than that.

Summary: Centaur cassettes are a better value than Chorus cassettes, because for the price diff you get the exact same cogs as Chorus, except Centaur's have only the last 2 cogs pinned together (eg: 25/23); with Chorus, the last 2 pairs are pinned together (eg: 25/23 & 21/19).
You lose maybe 20g of weight with Chorus over Centaur - IF you're lucky. Big deal. I've weighed both on my Feedback Sports Alpine Scale. If you're a weight weenie, you'll buy Record all-ti or Cycle Dynamics all-ti cogsets anyway.
Veloce or Centaur are the best deal, unless you can't find the size you want. For a bit less weight, of course there's Record.
Zero - read: "zilch" - difference in actual on-road performance between Veloce, Centaur, Chorus, or Record cassettes that I've ever been able to determine, having ridden all of them at one time or another.
It's your money!
Weaknesses: ~ 12-23 only available in Veloce or Record versions. What's up widdat, Campy??
~ ALL Campy cassettes are too expensive.
