Strengths:    Less expensive
Works just fine

Weaknesses:    slightly more noisy on my 'cross bike, not sure the cause yet

Bottom Line:
I needed a cassette to upgrade our tandem to 10 speed (from 7). I thought why not give it a try, at about 2/3 the price. I have not had any trouble with it at all after a dozen or so rides on the tandam.
I also got one to make my cyclo-cross bike more road-friendly with gear ratios. I have given it a few rides including hard efforts and it seems to work nearly as well as the original Shimano cassette.
