Strengths:    Good looks, nicely oiled. Easy to work on with my ancient Cyclo chain tool.

Weaknesses:    Even from the SRAM website there doesnt seem to be any difference from the 951 to the 971 except for the $5 difference.

Bottom Line:   
This chain was very easy to install. It replaces a Sachs PC59 that is about 10 years old on my Cannondale Raven mountain bike. A very smooth chain.
