Summary: these cranks are crap...i am now on my third pair, only because i have to.....with warranty replacements.....the grommet in the crank that attaches to the pedal has come out on my 2 previous sets......also, the finish is terrible, and cracks on the coating appear within weeks........fsa have stopped making them because of this......stay well clear......

Summary: FSA don't make these anymore because there's a design flaw. The pedal grommet is round and I guess it's real difficult to bond carbon to this - mine came loose per the first reviewer.
Had these for a year and was very happy with them (stiff, light, shifted well) but they started to develop the loose feeling - I thought it was my cleat wearing and then they over about 5 miles failed completely. 50 miles from home and I had to do a 13 mile SLP drill to the nearest civilisation and get my wife to come pick me up!
Customer Service with FSA overall was a pleasant experience, but it did take 5 weeks to get a replacement. The exchange they gave was a SL-K Megaexo.
I wanted my money back as I felt that the benefits of the slightly stiffer SL-K setup didn't match the weight penalty and also they only come with red graphics and I wanted something more neutral - but no dice. I also mentioned mine were just shy of $400 retail and these were widely had for $325. They did give me a tool to install the new one when I asked. But I ended up disappointed.

Summary: Wonderful Crankset. I have been riding on Campy Record Aluminum for 3 years. I have been feeling a slight flex on the climbs. I weigh 160. I felt it was time to change. What a difference!
Strengths: top line weight to strength ratio, at a very competitive price compared to other carbon cranks,

Summary: Cranks were great for about five rides, then I started getting a knocking unless I was riding perfect circles. Turns out the aluminum part on crank that attaches to the bottom bracked broke loose. I have been riding with a knock and a few mm of play in my pedal stroke for several months. FSA says they are out of these to warrany for me. The guys are nice and usually email me with updates but it has been along few months.
Strengths: Light, Stiff, Cool looking
Weaknesses: Durability, Availablity

Bike Setup: 2004 Cannondale Optimo, FSA Superlight 53/39, Dura Ace 12/27 cassette, Fizik Aliante carbon saddle, Ksryium SSC Sl's, the rest of the group is Ultegra.
Summary: I replaced my Ultegra with the FSA Superlight, and immediately felt the difference. Smooth as silk shifting, and rock solid when out of the saddle. I was considering going to Dura Ace, and am pleased that I didn't.
Strengths: Light weight, solid in and out of the saddle, and of course the look is awesome. Much cheaper than other high quality cranks.
Weaknesses: Absolutely none.
