Strengths: Super smooth. Extra quiet - I also tried a 7800 chain with this set up and the 7900 chain is just that much quieter.Weaknesses: 7900 quick link needs to be improved. Almost has a 'looseness' to it. It also made a rather sketchy 'snapping' and didn't matter whether under load or not. Stick with a regular 10-speed pin for the 7900 chain - don't risk the quick link sketchiness.Bottom Line: Super nice cranks - along with the new 7900 chain and cassette = super smooth! I am running Red shifters and derailers, everything else is 7900. Made the lawnmower SRAM Red noises almost non-existent. Going with a 11-28 cassette is a great choice and makes for an extra hill climbing edge.
