Strengths: Shifts super smooth - if you've always been unhappy with the quality of shifting on the front, get these. Light weight for an alloy crankset. Chrome finish looks more attractive than black on most bikes.Weaknesses: It's not the lightest out there, if you're a weight weenie.Bottom Line: After hearing a lot of recommendations, I went with this crank. It fit in with my retro chrome look vs. black of most other cranksets out there.
It is quite a bit lighter than the old Sugino crankset I replaced it with. What truly surprised me was how smoothly it shifts. My last ride had a lower-end crankset that was always rough sounding when shifting, not this!
