I was looking at simplifying my riding so I converted my Cervelo P2SL into a fixed gear. My LBS recommended the Omnium due to the convinients of installation. I took their recommndation and installed them within an hour and was out riding that afternoon. I quickly felt the stiffness and solid feel of the cranks. I'm set up in a 48/18 configuration that give me plenty punch and also a reserved feeling when pedaling. Looking forward to my first century on a fixed this year. It's like having an aero BMX that makes me want to ride more without the luggage of gears, wires, cool groupos, and all that other cool stuff that I can do without.
