Price Paid:  $500.00 at BTI

Favorite Ride:
Cross country

Bike Setup:
Litespeed Ghisalo

Summary:
These are on my Litespeed Ghisalo putting it just at 14lbs bare. Got the compacts. Rode 1800 miles from Canada to Mex Sept.06 with them. Never a problem.
I'm 170lbs. Never had a problem other than the crank bolts backing out...probably my fault for not checking them regularly.

Strengths:
light, stiff, lotsa looks, fast!, did i say light?

Weaknesses:
scratch alot, good luck if you can find them, expensive

Price Paid:  $0.00

Bike Setup:
Cyfac CF frame
Time crank & pedals,
KMC x10-sl chain
KCNC cass
reynolds CF bars
Giant CF stem
Record controls & derailuers
Garmin 305 cad/hr
Tune hubs w/ Crostini rims (1565gms)
M2 racer post

Summary:
I bought the crankset when I was building my Cyfac. They are light and sexy. I have only put 4500 mile on these. 3 of the 5 eyelets that the chain ring bolts attach the chain ring to the crank arm are badly cracked. One near blown out. I will not buy Time cranks any time soon.

I am not a powerful rider. I weigh in at 145 lbs and have quads like a grade school girl. So it must have been a bad design or poor manufacturing by StrongLight (co who manufactures).

Strengths:
Light and sexy

Weaknesses:
They failed at 4500 miles
