Strengths: Works flawlessly with a quality crankset.Weaknesses: Works not so well with a faulty crankset, but so would any other front derailleur.Bottom Line: This has been a good front derailleur. It came with my Jamis Coda Comp as standard equipment. After a short while, I had some problems with the chain falling when I moved from middle chainring to small chainring, but discovered I had a faulty chainring on my Truvativ Elita crankset. I then upgraded to a Shimano Ultegra 6503 crankset and have had no problems in two years of use.
