Price Paid:  $1245.00 at Friend's Bikeshop

Favorite Ride:
The Goatneck

Bike Setup:
2004 Pinarello Prince, Campy Shamal Ultra Two-Way wheels, FSA Aero-bars, Fizik Arione Saddle

Summary:
This groupo is the sweetest there is... a bit pricey but well worth the $$$$ paid. The rear derailleur was a bit tricky getting dialed in but once set it has been flawless and has not required additional adjustment. I have used this groupo for about 6 months and have put a little over a thousand miles on it ant is has been flawless. I have the 11-25 rear cassette which works well for the Dallas Fort Worth area. The Skeleton brakes works better than any previous used Campy or Shimano brakes. The shifting is quick and precise once dialed in.

Strengths:
Its CAMPY!!!! Fast reliable shifting, gear ratios, durability.

Weaknesses:
NONE
a bit $$$ but worth it

Similar Products Used:
SRAM Force, Shimano Dura Ace, Campy Chorus 10

smoother, quieter, and slightly lighter action than record 10. much more comfy levers/hoods...i pieced mine together w a record chain and super record crankset that seems to spin forever...it doesnt hurt that imo its the best looking gruppo either..

Weaknesses:
nothing so far...ive only put 500k on it

Price Paid:  $1200.00 at shinybikes.co.uk

Favorite Ride:
08 Colnago CLX full custom

Bike Setup:
Colnago ClX frame, Cinelli Neo Morphe bars/stem, Campagnolo Chorus 11spd, custom wheels, Selle Italia Flite Gel Flow.

Summary:
only one word to describe it "PERFECT". Bravo, bravo, bravo Mr. Campagnolo, you got it right this time. Specially the hoods on the shifters, what a difference and comfort upgrade from previous years.

Strengths:
like I said, it's "PERFECT"

Weaknesses:
none; some may argue that it is too heavy, but just about 200 grams over Super Record and almost half the price, you can't beat that.

Price Paid:  $1600.00 at LBS

Favorite Ride:
Hwy 101 Cardiff CA

Bike Setup:
Colnago Master Light with Campy Neutron Ultras. Weight under 16lbs!! Not bad for Steel.

Summary:
My Campy Record 10 speed was in need of rebuilding so I opted to step up to the new Chorus 11 speed. It still saved me about 1/2 pound over my old gruppo, and gave me all the benefits of the newest from Campy. I've found this shifting to be even crisper then the old record and much more precise. No quarter shifts to get everything dialed in just right, it just goes right into gear everytime. The skeleton brakes are super responsive, and the hoods are even more comfortable then the old ones. I don't know if there was enough of a change to make me change to 11 speed if I didn't have a need. I will say that I have been overly impressed with the Chorus and suggest this group unless you really need the bling factor from Record or crazy bling from Super Record. In my opinion the new Chorus replaced the old Record.

Strengths:
Light weight. Super crisp shifts. Carbon looks. It's Campy!!!

Weaknesses:
Price. Even at a discount it's still expensive.
