Strengths:    Light and smooth with some good biomechanics.

Weaknesses:    Spring-loaded angular float is restrictive; iClic doesn't seem to have the great "classic" Time feel of shifting your foot around until it feels right. Much more inadvertent release.

Bottom Line:
The iClic is light with smooth bearings and some nice biomechanical features. However, it is not equivalent to "classic" Time pedals. The float is spring-loaded, so that angular position of the cleat is essential and can't change smoothly during the pedal stroke. I'm getting much more torque on my knee since mounting these, and compared to my older Time crit pedals, cleat setup is much fussier. With older Times, you could click in and then shift your foot around until you got the angle and Q-factor just right, but definitely not with these. I'm also getting lots of inadvertent release with any body english at all (like rolling the inside knee into a turn or pumping a speed bump).
