Strengths: Cheap...easy to find cleatsWeaknesses: Horribly balanced...being one sided entry and having a poor weight distribution makes the pedals want to rotate upside-down everytime you unclip. This makes it very hard to clip back in easily without having to kick the pedal a few times and look like a jackass.Bottom Line: Well, what can I say...they are SPD's. I've never been overly fond of spd type pedals except those for offroad with some type of platform. Platform is small, and this leads to feeling like your foot is sliding around inside of the retention mechanism slightly. Even though they arent road pedals I think I'll go back to my Time ATAC's...
Favorite Ride: anything when its not 115 deg. out!

Strengths: Well executed SPD pedal. Can be used in MTB and walkable shoes.Weaknesses: Same as all SPDs- platform is small. But, if you use fresh cleats that fit tightly in the pedal, and a stiff shoe, it is fine.Bottom Line: These have been extremely reliable SPD pedals. I have never had to rebuild them. They have retained positive grip on the spd cleats for the entire time I've used them. I have found no fault with these pedals at all.
