Strengths: -stiff, looks good and yes IS compatible with 10 speed set up. Although don't expect Campy to warranty it if you disclose that info.
-Lighter than 10 speed with Super Record being even lighter and just as stiff.
-Rubber coated derailleur wheels seem smoother.
-Less expensive than new, or I should say now, New old stock 10 speed record.
Weaknesses: -Campagnolo has every right to demand not to use with their 10 speed group, warning it's not compatible; but proof is in the pudding. Sorry Campy!
-None so far, and from what I can determine from others with this set up - years of trouble free shifting ahead!Bottom Line: Purchased new (2010) version off of the internet for $165. This is more of a observation than an detailed review. New 11 speed record rear derailleurs are cheaper than New 10 speed record rears or about the same as what used 10 speed are going for. Scuttlebutt says the reason is because of a crappy spring in the early 11 speed scared off some interest - maybe true, maybe not, maybe rectified; I have had no problems. In fact I'm using the 11 speed record derailleur on an entire well used 10 speed record set up and the thing shifts better. No narrow 10 speed chain no Jtek, just slapped on an 11 speed record rear derailleur and it works fantastic. Much more crisp than the 10 speed and damn accurate. It feels to shift with more force albeit it is new (2 months now). If you're in need of a new rear derailleur for your 10 speed set up don't hesitate to use this less expensive 11 speed rear derailleur over the overpriced 10 speed. Will most likely function better. P.S. Another rider has the 11 speed super record rear mech. on his otherwise 10 speed record/chorus mix- 10 months and no worries.

Strengths: Smooth, quick and precise shifting. Rebuildable if damaged. Durability is never a question with Campagnolo.Weaknesses: Price is high, but you get what you pay for.Bottom Line: Have used a lot of Campagnolo products since the 70's and have always appreciated their performance, durability, and beauty. Having said that, this derailleur is their finest shifting to date. Shifts under load while climbing are smooth, quick and precise. What more could you ask for?
