Strengths: Light and stiff just like any other carbon fork.Weaknesses: Poor customer service, some liars too. I feel sorry for the one who will have issues with their forks. There is only one person in the bicycle department. Good luck in getting a hold of him.Bottom Line: Purchased fork last fall. Competetively priced, very light and stiff. Gave me the wrong compression insert size. I had to temporarily use a compression plug. Found out later that warranty is void if compression insert was not used. Called store--will not help. Called true temper and got a hold of someone after a week. Told me that insert was shipped, waited 3 weeks and still nothing. Called the same guy who said he shipped it, and told me that he will overnight because he forgot. I had an impression that someone lied to me. Will not buy again. Will try Reynolds Ouzo Pro Lite/Sub3.
