Summary: I bought an `01 Specialized Allez A1 Sport that came with this fork, and I'm very pleased, the ride is great with this fork without being too flexy on my 62cm frame(and I'm 6'4", 190 with a 37" inseam). Only one gripe: I hate the safety tips on the fork dropouts, they require you to loosen the quick-release quite a bit to remove the wheel. I'm sure this helps keep lawsuits down, but it really stinks if you decide racing is your thing. If you want value, this is the fork for you. If you need fast wheel changes, look elsewhere.
Bike Setup: Sampson Ciao frame, Dura-Ace drivetrain, Open Pros, ITM the Stem, Kinesis 2 fork.
Summary: I have two other bikes, each with a different carbon fork (Kestrel and Look) and I can tell you this, the Kinesis is equal to or better than the forks costing 2 to 3 times as much. The ride is nicely damped without feeling dead and I find the steering very precise. I am a Masters B clydesdale of a rider and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this fork. I am swapping this fork from the Specialized Allez Comp to my Sampson Ciao since the damping is so much better than the Kestrel fork on the Sampson. I've ridden a bike with an Ouzo Pro fork and I would have a hard time justifying the extra expense of the Ouzo over the Kinesis. Sometimes you don't have to break the bank for good quality.
Strengths: Just about every aspect of this product. Ride quality (steering, damening etc.), and great value.
Weaknesses: After 3000 miles I still haven't found anything worth mentioning.

Bike Setup: Trek 1200 aluminum frame, Shimano 105 components, Matrix aero wheels, TTT prima bars, Pazzaz stem, Oasis seat.
Summary: Original chromoly fork gave a log wagon hard ride. I had to get a soft seat to tollerate it. My hands got tired from the road vibration. By going to the Carbon fork and threadless steerer my bike lost a pound and became very smooth riding. Comfort and handling went way up in my book. My older Trek now has the ride of a newer bike. This was a significant upgrade at a bargain basement price. I'd recommend it to anyone with a chromoly fork. Headset $20., Fork $50, stem $20, spacers $7, bars $50. Beats buying a new bike!
Strengths: Price, vibration damping
Weaknesses: Hard to fit Ritchey Logic headset race onto the alloy seat

Summary: I decided to upgrade to a carbon fiber fork/threadless headset after I stripped a thread on my stem. I have read no bad reviews about the fork and for 49.95, I figured that I couldn't go wrong. The couple of times I have ridden it, the ride seems slightly smoother. The big difference is that now my bike fits better, since I had to get a new stem which is slightly longer. Overall I did the upgrade for a bit over $100. Not bad in my book.
Strengths: Cheap replacement carbon fiber fork and treadless upgrade.
Weaknesses: Uncertain quality/durability?
