Strengths: Light, sturdy construction, excellent customer service.Weaknesses: None. I've never ridden any of the highly expensive carbon forks, but from my experience this fork works quite well.Bottom Line: I used this fork during the 2002 road racing season for training and at the Tour of Walla Walla and Race Across America. Its carbon leg and steerer construction is top notch - ride quality is good compared to my Profile BRC and non-carbon forks.
I would recommend this fork to anyone purchasing a Leader Bike frame, as it can easily and inexpensively be purcahsed at the same time. I also recommend it to anyone searching for a good quality carbon fork, or to anyone looking to upgrade from the world of aluminum and chromoly forks.
Favorite Ride: Tennessee Pass
Purchased At: Leader Bike USA
Similar Products Used: Profile BRC and various chromoly forks.
Bike Setup: See reviews for Leader LD-715R and LD-780R bikes.
