$0.00 Favorite Ride: Merlin XL Bike Setup: Merlin XL, AME fork, Velomax Ascent wheels, Dura Ace, 3T 199 bars, ITM Mil. stem, SLR saddle, CK hea Summary: Compared to the all carbon AME Alpha-Q that I replaced it with - NO comparison. The Time has much more lateral movement, doesn't absorb the road bumps anywhere close to the AME, and is an anchor compared to the AME. Not nearly as stable in turns/curves. Strengths: Functional, easily adjustable. ??? Price because it came with the frame. Weaknesses: Heavy, lateral movement, doesn't absorb or smooth out the road bumps very well, doesn't hold a line as well in curves. Similar Products Used: AME Alpha-Q, all carbon, curve/bladed fork.
