Strengths:    The carbon stays blend with the Aluminum very well. The frame is a good stiff racing frame. The product ALONE, is wonderful.

Weaknesses:    Customer service is absolutely horrible. Its been a nightmare since day one. I was first overcharged by $150, and had to dispute this with my credit card, because the owner would never address the subject. The owner will return calls only when he is selling a bike, but if he has to reimburse an overcharge, you will never hear back from him. It took me 2 months to get my dispute settled and get my money back, all because of my credit card's legwork. I also have a bad derailleur hanger and can't get a return call or email from the owner. I've been trying for weeks. So I basically paid for this frame in Oct. 2004, and STILL don't have a fully functional bike and its January 2005 now. If you want a bike build up soon, you better go with another manufacturer. I just pray I don't have a warranty issue, because fat chance it would be taken care of in less than a year!

Bottom Line:
Overall, this bike frame is very nice. The welds are very nice and I got to pick my paint, so it was semi-custom.
